File this under crazed voter of the month

Well I wake up this morning to see that a Chicago man sent President Barrack Obama a letters tainted with blood. Tainted??? Yes tainted. They guy has HIV. He wrote letters to the president and before mailing them he cut himself and allowed blood to drip on the letters. We have some crazy people walking amongst us and we don't even know when we could be a potential target of their insanity. All I can picture is some lonely soul sitting in a one apartment shaking in the darkness with a razor blade slicing his fingertips. It just sickening. Read the following link to see the full story.
